Jim Landino grew up understanding the value of a job done right, an ethic dyed into the blue-collar fabric of his western New York hometown.

Starting out as a sales leader for Sunbelt Transformer, he worked his way up through the company to the highest office—CEO and President, a position he held until the company was acquired in 2014.

After the sale of Sunbelt, Jim refocused his energy into helping with the rebuild of Sharon, Pennsylvania, a town whose economic fortunes suffered greatly with the collapse of American steel. Seeing Sharon rise again has become a consuming passion for Jim and his wife, Jen Krezeczowski

Today, the couple lives in the heart of Sharon in the restored Oddfellows Lodge and oversees the management and restoration of several downtown enterprises. Jim is the proud father of Alex and Olivia, and stepdad to Jen’s daughter, Kira.
