Founder

Jim Landino grew up understanding the value of a job done right, an ethic dyed into the blue-collar fabric of his western New York hometown...

Starting out as a sales leader for Sunbelt Transformer, he worked his way up through the company to the highest office—CEO and President, a position he held until the company was acquired in 2014.

After the sale of Sunbelt, Jim refocused his energy into helping with the rebuild of Sharon, Pennsylvania, a town whose economic fortunes suffered greatly with the collapse of American steel. Seeing Sharon rise again has become a consuming passion for Jim and his wife, Jen Krezeczowski.

Today, the couple lives in the heart of Sharon in the restored Oddfellows Lodge and oversees the management and restoration of several downtown enterprises. Jim is the proud father of Alex and Olivia, and stepdad to Jen’s daughter, Kira.

Chad Wilkinson

Chad Wilkinson doesn’t go halfway on anything...

After earning an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, he began his career in the electrical field in 1999, drafting and designing for Sunbelt Transformer’s electrical engineering department.

For the next 20 years, he continued to earn greater responsibilities in the company’s operations, purchasing, and sales departments before joining JCL Energy in January 2020. Chad is driven when he is serving customers and co-workers but always makes time for after-hours passions like shooting, bowling, and home remodeling.

Chad and his wife, Julie have one son and make their home in Brookfield, Ohio.

Matt Clune

Born and raised in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Matt is a 14-year veteran of the electrical industry...

After his first career post in Las Vegas, he came home to the Shenango Valley to serve in the leadership ranks of Sunbelt Transformer.

As a founding member of JCL, he’s driven by working with those who share a passion for people and for building a culture that treats co-workers and customers like family.

Matt and his wife Sandra are the proud parents of 3 young children and make their home in Sharpsville, PA. On Wednesday nights, you’ll find Matt working alongside his in-laws at Aldo's Pizza Shop—a small, family-owned enterprise in the heart of Sharon, PA. Matt loves his family and is proud to be part of transforming the community he calls home.

Monica Knapp

Hello! Monica Knapp here – Really happy that you’re visiting us on the web and taking the time to investigate who we are and what we do at JCL Energy...

Prior to JCL Energy, my experience chalks up to 10 years in various sales roles. I’ve had the opportunity to manage million-dollar projects and I’ve assisted my customers with orders on small components, alike. No matter the size - your project is my number one priority.

I invite you to reach out to any of our team members for an opportunity to experience what it’s like to do business with folks going the extra mile. We are continually seeking out ways to better our customer experience – and we believe that professional friendship is the best place to start.

Outside of the office you can find me with my Siberian Huskies, Ruby and Cosmo. We enjoy bikejoring in the cooler months and taking lots of walks. I am a musician at heart – and tackle various music projects collaboratively with friends, while finding time to enjoy the solo ventures too. HUGE foodie – always open to recommendations on recipes and restaurants nation-wide. Enough about me - who are YOU?

Riley Atterholt

Riley Atterholt is a lifelong Shenango Valleyian...

Born in Sharon, PA and a graduate from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing & Management. Riley started his career at Buhl Park Corporation where he was ran recreational programming and instruction grew into overseeing all park operations. Riley developed his passion for working with others and the community with in college and at Buhl Park; while he is early in his career Riley has built a strong network of connections and business knowledge.

Riley joined the JCL team in February of 2019 where he worked hands on getting real estate projects and development off the ground. Riley has sense transitioned into business development and marketing but is not afraid to get dirty gutting on a job site! New to the electrical business Riley is learning from the best in the business.

Riley is recently married to his wife Marissa; he enjoys traveling, golf, recreation, and mission trips.

Mike Fehrenbach

Shop & Service

Born and raised in a single mother household, Mike quickly learned the value of hard work and dedication...

Raised in New Castle, his work ethic and drive led him to begin his career in the HVAC field all while finishing high school. From there he was given an opportunity to thrive in the electrical industry at Sunbelt Transformer where he worked for Jim Landino. He spent 5+ years at Sunbelt Transformer learning the tricks or the trade in various areas of the shop. In August 2019, he joined the JCL Energy team with an excitement for the future.

Mike and his wife, Alissa are the proud parents of two young children and reside in New Castle, Pennsylvania. When he’s not at the shop, you can catch him out on the softball field coaching his daughter’s team or out in the garage working on cars and ATVs.

Jeff Hazen

Jeff Hazen was born and raised in New castle, Pennsylvania...

While in trade school he worked for an HVAC company and became an excellent fabricator. Fast forward three years later he began his next journey at Sunbelt Transformer. Over the course of the next 10 years Jeff strived to learn all aspects of the shop. He loves a challenge and will put his all into a job.

While Jeff isn’t working he loves spending time with his Wife Julie and daughter Olivia. He also enjoys spending time at home doing projects and playing with the family dog.

Mandy Schneider

Office Manager / AP / AR

Mandy is a lifelong Shenango Valley resident and a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Business Administration...

Mandy spent 11 years in the manufacturing industry where she processed everything from estimating, ordering, accounting, and shipping. Now handle all office management Mandy oversees all accounts receivable/payable and is handles the day to day traffic at the office; keeping the team on the right track and helping lay the ground work for success.

Mandy currently resides in Hermitage, PA with her husband Justin and their son and newly born daughter.

Brandi Mitchell

Office Assistant

Brandi Mitchell was born and raised in Negley, Ohio and went on to Youngstown State University to pursue her degree in Criminal Justice...

After the catastrophic acts of 9/11 she enlisted in the Army to serve her nation. After her time in the service Brandi worked for Three S Express where she gained experience and industry knowledge in logistics, DOT tracking/logs, billing. Brandi is integral piece to the team, helping keep the front of office humming and ensuring excellent customer service.

Brandi has one daughter and also enjoys time in the woods dialing in her shooting and archery skills.
