Our process includes, but not limited to:
- TTR, Megger, Impedance, Phase Polarity, and Pressure Testing
- HV / LV Winding Resistance Testing
- No Load and Load Loss Testing
- Oil Dielectric Sampling
- Gasket Inspection / Replacement
- Pipe fittings are resealed
- All components are inspected, tested and replaced, if needed
- Fluids tested / processed or replaced
- Finished with a high-quality industrial paint. Custom colors are available
- QC Department performs final testing before unit is deployed into the field
